what's included
cheap car rental in majorca: all holiday autos rental rates include unlimited mileage (except canada & australia), third party insurance, collision damage waiver liability (cdw), theft waiver, insurance excess, airport surcharges, bail bonds (where needed) and all local taxes except australia and israel where taxes are paid locally by law. for additional inclusions in 'the max' and 'ski max' see below.
what's not included
personal accident insurance: this is probably covered in your holiday insurance. it is an option which you will be offered on collection of the vehicle.
insurance exclusions.
petrol: a deposit is often payable for petrol and is usually refunded if the car is returned with a full tank. please check the petrol policy when you pick up your vehicle
garaging, parking and traffic fines.
additional drivers charges where applicable - please check with our reservations department at the time of booking. these charges are payable locally.
best price
in the unlikely event that you find a cheaper like for like pre-paid hire price offered by any other independent uk car hire operator before or after booking but prior to departure, holiday autos will match that price. please note that rental location (on or off airport) can affect the price, and best price will not apply where holiday autos' price including an on airport pick-up is compared to a price with an off airport pick-up. holiday autos may need to verify the availability and conditions applicable to the lower rate to ensure that an accurate comparison is being made. this will be done immediately, so you can choose to hold on the line while this process is completed, or alternatively our reservations agent will call you back within ten minutes of your call. promotional offers do not apply.
period of rental / calculating your rental duration
the minimum rental period in most european and canadian destinations
is 3 days. please check at time of booking for those destinations which
offer 1 day hire. in the usa and australasia the minimum rental period
is 1 day or 3 days. europe - available at a minimum rental period of
7 days. for rentals of 8 days or longer add the standard rental price
and the weekly max or ski max price plus an additional £1 for
every day over 7 days. usa - available for all durations, for an extra
£10 per week, £2 per day in addition to the standard rental
price. canada - available for a minimum rental period of 7 days. for
rentals of 8 days or longer add the standard rental price plus £20
per week and an additional £3 for every day over 7.
drivers age
if you are under 25 for cheap car rental in majorca years old or over
65 years old please inform our reservations staff at the time of booking.
some age restrictions may apply in certain destinations, and in some
cases there is a young drivers charge payable locally.
