Airport Lounges are accessible to anyone over 12 and are available at many UK airports.
Amending or Cancelling Your Booking
You may cancel your booking up to 3 days in advance of your reserved departure date without charge. If you have not given us 3 days prior notice there will be a £5.50 administration fee deducted from your refund. No refund is normally made on or after the reserved departure date. To cancel - contact BCP by email, fax or over the phone.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
You may arrive at the lounge up to 2 1/2 hours prior to your reserved departure time.
In the case of early arrival, use of the lounge will be left to the discretion of the lounge staff.
There may be restrictions on the minimum age of children permitted to use the lounge and smoking restrictions, both detailed in the documentation accompanying your booking confirmation.
Bookings are deemed to be placed when made electronically through BCP's web site or by telephone.
We can only process a booking when payment is made using VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club or Switch. If your card is declined for whatever reason we reserve the right not to fulfill your booking. No other form of payment is accepted for bookings made.
All prices are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling, include VAT and transport where applicable. Prices quoted can be subject to change. In the case of bookings made using overseas credit cards, prices will be converted into your local currency by the card issuing authority at the rate applicable on the date of processing.
These
